Yung Freda was born Frederick Lewis Coleman Jr born on the Westside of Columbus Ga. The Georgia rapper was diagnosed with Crohn’s Disease, making his transition from football to music an impressive one. The introspective artist has the soulfulness of 90s hip hop with a blend of modern Rap.

Inspired by close friends-Mazzi and FrankD-who embarked upon music careers in professional manners before him. Freda honed his skills to a point of no return. After he graduated, Freda and his business partners-Mazzi, LilDTheKid, and CGA Thad-decided to move in with each other. They invested in the startup of their new venture- CGA The Label L.L.C.
